The Grounds

The grounds of West Overton Village are beautiful and versatile. The lawn of the 1838 Overholt Homestead provides an up-close view of the historic mansion along with the nearby springhouse, kitchen garden, and a tall maple tree. The cottage-style garden next to the Homestead is encircled by a white fence, with a grape arbor and small brick buildings on either side. The grounds change with the seasons and create a unique atmosphere.
