From Grain to Glass

Join us for an immersive journey through the rich history and bold future of Pennsylvania whiskey. Begin with a guided tour of the Sam Komlenic Gallery, home to the largest public collection of Pennsylvania whiskey artifacts in the world. As you explore the past, taste the future with our Keystone Rye Collection: a rare collaboration between West Overton Distilling and Liberty Pole Spirits of Washington, PA.

Next, take a scenic walk to our rye field, where the next generation of whiskey begins. Discover how our grain is grown and harvested, and enjoy a sample of West Overton’s White Rye, a clear spirit that offers a true taste of the grain itself.

Finally, visit West Overton Distilling to learn how our whiskey is crafted, from grain to barrel. Your experience concludes with a tasting of our signature Monongahela Rye, a whiskey made in the spirit of Pennsylvania history.
