West Overton Village's DIY History and Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Association's Ice Cream Summer Fun Festival both invite you to try historic activities, games, and crafts.

At West Overton Village, enjoy hands on DIY (do-it-yourself) activities including making history-inspired crafts and playing with 19th century games. Visit our Museum to learn about 19th century industry and agriculture. West Overton's Distillery will also be open for rye whiskey samples, cocktails, and bottle purchases.

At Fort Allen, watch a blacksmith at work, enjoy a tractor parade, and check out demonstrations of hit and miss engines, shingle and saw mills, model trains, and more. See historic tractors, farming equipment, and other artifacts across both sites.

Work up an appetite with all the activities then enjoy homemade ice cream and other food and drinks at Fort Allen.

West Overton Village and Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Association are neighbors. Fort Allen will provide a shuttle but visitors can also walk or drive between the two sites. The club grounds are just over the hill from West Overton Village and located at 911 Porter Ave, Scottdale, PA 15683. 

Incorporated in 1966, the Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Association restores and preserves antique farm equipment to educate current and future generations about historic farming tools and methods.
