As part of our Trick or Treat event, visit our Museum for Halloween-themed hands-on DIY History activities! 

Learn how Halloween was celebrated very differently in the nineteenth century, with a particular focus on how Halloween evolved from a night of mischief into modern Trick-or-Treating. Then, kids can engage in hands-on Halloween activities like historical gourd decorating.

Please note that this event will be in high-demand, so make sure to save a time slot for it while you can! (registration will open in September for Trick or Treat)

DIY (Do-It-Yourself) History Days are a new program series of free, hands-on, family-friendly activities in the Museum.

There is no registration or cost to participate, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
